Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

In order dated 12.6.2025, by recording brief reasons, this Court has granted interim relief, as under :- "4.

Till then, proposed action under communication/notice dated 5.6.2025 issued by Circle Officer, Mehunbare, Tq. Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon be kept in abeyance."

Learned counsel Mr. Patil, appears for contesting respondent i.e. respondent no.5 and submits that because of the interim order, learned Collector is not proceeding with the Appeal. Learned advocates appearing for parties assures that they shall co-operate for early disposal of the pending appeal.

In that view of the matter, present writ petition stands disposed off with directions to the learned Additional District Collector, Jalgaon to decide the pending appeal no.RTS/Appeal/74/2025, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 5.

Till decision of the appeal, interim protection granted by this Court, shall continue.
