Present application has been filed for setting aside the order of learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 05.02.2019 refusing the registration on the ground of failure on the part of the appellant to remove the office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, there appears to be some reason for non removing those objections. However, now, the applicant is undertaking that the objections would be removed. The said order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 05.02.2019 is hereby set aside.

It is clarified that since the registration itself was refused, the respondents never served earlier and therefore, no necessity to issue notice of this application to them.

Hence, the application stands allowed. The impugned order is set aside. Delay stands condoned. Applicant to remove all office objections on or before 23.08.2019.
