DATED : 17th JULY, 2015 P.C. :- Vide the present civil application, the applicant seeks permission to purchase 2D ECHO machine with probe from M/s. Philip India Limited. It is submitted that the said machine is being purchased in buyback policy wherein the old machine is being returned and price of the same is being deducted from bill amount of new machine i.e. Rs.10.00 lacs. Considering that the same is for medical purpose, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Civil application is disposed of.
