Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent Zilla Parishad submits that the petitioner was initially serving at Kasarkheda and was transferred. On the post where the petitioner was working at Kasarkheda, another teacher has not yet joined. Even if he has joined, still there is one post of graduate teacher available and for eight months petitioner can be continued on the said post. Petitioner is to retire within eight months.
