The process of delivering the award would be completed within one year from today. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners is satisfied. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

Deficit Court fees of Rs.500/- shall be deposited within 14 days.

Since the possession of the land has been taken in 1994, we would expect the competent authority to disburse the compensation amount, if the Petitioners are held to be entitled, within 90 days from the date of the award.
