ORDER:

The dispute is in respect of forwarding of the pension proposals. There are allegations and counter allegations against each other. It appears that, once the Dy. Director of Education had directed the parties to remain present before him with regard to pension proposals. According to the petitioners, a notice was served to him after the date given in the notice.

To resolve the dispute, we pas the following order.

ORDER

(i) The petitioner and the representative of respondent No. 6 shall remain present before respondent No. 4 on 15.01.2018.

(ii) The representative of respondent no. 6 shall remain present with the pension papers and other relevant documents. (iii) The compliance shall be made in presence of respondent no. 4 by both the parties.

(iv) Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. (v) The petitioner shall also on said date produce the documents as required for completion of the pension papers and the proposal. No costs.
