DATE : 19 JUNE 2024 ORDER :- The proposal for validation of tribe certificate is pending with the respondent - Committee since July 2023.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the Committee would need two months to decide the proposal.

Considering the fact that already the proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee for almost a year and the petitioner has been aspiring admission through NEET in the ensuing process, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks.
