Learned A.G.P. as well as the learned Advocate for respondent No. 4 raise a preliminary objection that remedy of filing revision before the State Government is available to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the State Government by filing revision petition. 02.
