We have heard the learned counsel for the non applicant and the learned A.G.P. The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise the non applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Necessary amendment be carried out. Civil application is disposed of.
