The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation as deposited by the acquiring body. However, this Court in other connected matters vide order dated 10th August, 2022 has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw in all 80% of the compensation amounts. As such, same order will follow. Pooja K.

ORDER

(a) The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of their respective amount alongwith accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(b) They are also further permitted to withdraw 30% of their respective amounts of compensation alongwith the interest thereon by furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(c) The remaining amounts be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank till the fnal disposal of Appeals.
