This application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Ghansham Eknath Ghobale, the appellant in First Appeal No. 1026/2023. He died on 21.7.2023. Present applicant Nos. 1A to 1D are the legal heirs of deceased as per the heirship certificate granted by the Jt. Civil Judge, J.D., Ambajogai in Civil M.A. No. 503/2023. The death certificate is on record. Prayer is also made to condone the delay of 238 days caused in filing the present application. On hearing the application, following order.

ORDER
