1] Heard. Learned counsel for the applicant tried to advance arguments. Admittedly, after obtaining orders for anticipatory bail, the petitioner did not obey the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Criminal application No. 2987 of 2016, and has not cooperated with the investigation machinery. Learned APP on written instructions submits that the applicants have not extended cooperation for investigation. 2] In that view of the matter, without entering into the merits of the contentions raised in the application, the conduct of the applicants dis-entitle them from seeking discretionary or equitable relief from this Court.
