Heard learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs) out of the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 1/7/2019, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of.

It appears that, the entire amount under the award has not been deposited by the appellant Insurance Company. A sum of approximately Rs.3,37,050/- is still outstanding. The appellant Insurance Company to deposit the said amount within a period of six weeks from today. ( R. G. AVACHAT ) JUDGE fmp/-
