Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent - husband despite service remained absent. 2.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No. 46 of 2023 pending in the Court of C.J.S.D., Kandhar, Dist. Nanded filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce, to Pooja K.

994-MCA-138-2023 the Family Court, Aurangabad.

According to the applicant - wife, the distance between Aurangabad and Nanded is more than 250 Kilometers. Further, she is also maintaining three years daughter. As such, it seems difficult for her to attend the dates at Nanded. 4.

There is no oppose to the application. Therefore, considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Hindu Marriage Petition No. 46 of 2023 pending in the Court of C.J.S.D., Kandhar, Dist. Nanded is transferred to Family Court, Aurangabad for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Family Court, Aurangabad on or before 15th July, 2023.
