DATED : 21 st January, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from his client, seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

2] It is to be noted that even the learned counsel for respondent no.1/wife has also stated that the parties have reached amicable settlement and his client respondent no.1/wife is residing along with the present petitioner.

3] Further request is made on behalf of the petitioner that the amount of Rs. 27,600/- deposited

crwp552.13 by him in this court my be allowed to be withdrawn by him. Learned counsel for respondent no.1/wife states that in stead of husband, the wife should receive the said amount.

4] In view of the fact that the parties have already reached compromise and they are residing together and leading happy life, even if the wife is allowed to withdraw the said amount nothing will happen. 5] Amount of Rs.27,600/- is allowed to be withdrawn by respondent no.1/wife.

6] Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
