The application is filed seeking permission to serve respondent No. 5 by way of paper publication.

On due consideration of submissions advanced in the light of facts pleaded in the application and supported with affidavit, I am of the view the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to publication charges to be payable directly to the concerned news-paper. The applicant
