12.06.2019 P.C. : The learned counsel submits that the fair price shop and the retail kerosene licence was in the name of Dasrao Rangnathrao Gund. He died on 31.10.2009. The petitioner filed an application to the respondent no.4 to transfer of the fair price shop on her name as legal heir of deceased Dasrao. 2.
After the application was rejected the petitioner had moved the Revisional Aauthority. The Revisional Authority has passed the order directing the transfer of the fair price shop and kerosene licence in the name of the petitioner, however in spite of the fact that the said order is passed in the year 2017 no further steps are taken. The report was called by the respondent no.4 from Tahsildar. The Tahsildar has submitted the report that the original licence is lost and all other legal heirs have given consent. The said report is

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that respondent no.4 would take decision upon it on its own merit. 4.
It appears that now the report has been given by the Tahsildar to the respondent no.4. The respondent no.4 shall implement the order passed by the Revisional Authority after verifying all the aspects as is suggested in the order dated 23.05.2017 passed by the Revisional Authority. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
