The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "C" as under :- "C. Be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, directions or orders in the like nature directing Learned the School Tribunal Solapur to adjudicate the Appeal No.11 of 2018 filed by the petitioner within stipulated period."

We are not aware about the pendency of appeals before the learned School Tribunal at Solapur. Merely because the petitioner has approached this Court, would not justify that we should direct the khs/Oct. 2021/6943

- 2 - School Tribunal to take up his appeal out of turn. 3.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the observation that Appeal No.11/2018 filed by the petitioner would be taken up by the Tribunal in queue and not out of turn.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to place a copy of this order before the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Solapur.
