Learned A.P.P produced on record the communication made by the concerned Police Station showing that 'C' summery report is fled. He needs to produce two copies of the communication. Statement is made that 'C' summery report is fled in the Court.

In view of this circumstances, nothing remains in the present matter which is fled for quashing of the F.I.R. It will be open for the applicants to approach this Court again if 'C' summery is not accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate
