We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner.

We find that the order dated 13.06.2022 at page No. 30 is in deference to the order of this Court dated 04.05.2022. In fact, enquiry against the petitioner has been adjourned in view of the order and his suspension has also been revoked.

In view of the above, we do not find that the respondent can be said to have committed a deliberate, intentional and wilful

Hence, this petition is dismissed.
