It is submitted that the tribe claim of the petitioners are pending consideration with respondent no. 2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In fact, the petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier. At the eleventh hour the petitioners are moving the Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students and are desirous of taking admission in the professional course. Respondent no. 2 shall make endeavour to decide the proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within three (03)

The writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
