The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-209 of 2015 registered with Vaijapur Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 read with Section 34 of the

(2) Indian Penal Code.

Since the investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed in the matter, in my opinion, no fruitful purpose will be served by ordering further detention of the applicant in the crime in question. The applicant appears to be husband of deceased and role attributed to him is of illtreatment.

Looking to the nature of allegations in the first information report, in my opinion, the applicant needs to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-209 of 2015 registered with Vaijapur Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety.

In view thereof, Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms.
