Mr. Latange, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is challenging her transfer order dated 15.6.2018. As per the scheme, the petitioner has filed her objection with the Block Education Officer on 31.5.2018 but no decision has been taken on it as yet.

Mr.Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that in the scheme the petitioner can file representation/objection with the Divisional Commissioner as per the Corrigendum dated 15.4.2017. 3.

Mr. Latange, learned counsel submits that the petitioner would file representation/objection with the Divisional Commissioner. Same may be directed to be decided.

In case, the petitioner files such representation with the Divisional Commissioner, the Divisional Commissioner shall decide it, in accordance with the Corrigendum, dated 15.4.2017.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
