By the present petitions,
2 wp6225.2023+ {A} the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6225 of 2023 is challenging the orders [I] dated 30.09.2022, passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nasik Division, Nasik, [II] dated 08.02.2021 in Application No.0935 of 2020, passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies Parner under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, & [III] auction notice dated 11.04.2023, issued by the Special Recovery & Sales Officer, Taluka Co-operative Credit Societies Co-operative Federation Limited under Rule 107(11) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules.
{B} the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6223 of 2023 is challenging the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nasik Division, Nasik, arising out of the order Outward No.SANIPA / V-2 / C-101/ Vasuli Dakhla / Year 2021 dated 31.03.2021 in Application No.934/2020 passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies Parner under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.
{C} the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6215 of 2023 is challenging the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nasik Division, Nasik, arising out of the order Outward No. SANIPA / V-2 / C-101/ Vasuli Dakhla / Year 2021 dated
3 wp6225.2023+ 31.03.2021 in Application No.934/2020 passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies Parner under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 2.
The petitioners have made submissions before this court on 07.01.2025 that they would be ready to deposit 75% of amount as per the recovery certificates within a period of four (04) weeks to show their bonafides. However, the petitioners have failed to deposit the said amount nor today the learned counsel for the petitioners make any submissions as regards the deposit of amount.

The petitioners have alternate remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act to challenge the recovery certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

Considering the same, no case is made out for interference.

The Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to pursue alternate remedy as available in law.
