By this Application, the Applicant / original Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Petition, in order to bring on record subsequent development and also to challenge the order/communication dated 03.05.2025, issued by the Respondent University.

Although the prayer made in the Application is opposed, in our considered opinion, the same can be allowed,
