The Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the Order dated 22/01/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.783 of 2024. The relevant paragraphs of the said order read as under :- "6.
In view of the above, we request the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, to consider the request of the Petitioner in the light of the judgment and decree in his favour and draw an appropriate conclusion within a period of 60 days from today. All stakeholders be granted an opportunity of hearing.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off."

The learned Advocate for Respondents No.1 & 2 - Zilla Parishad submits that the concerned Respondent i.e. Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parisahd, Latur has decided the said issue and has taken the decision on 28.05.2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that though this Court had directed that all the Stake Holders be granted an opportunity of hearing, but they were not granted.

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondents No.1 & 2 - Zilla Parishad submits that we will take the exercise afresh by hearing all the Stake Holders. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner agrees for the same.

Both the side decide that on 10.02.2025 the Petitioner will be given an opportunity of hearing.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would personally remain present before the Respondent No.1 / Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur on the said day with all his papers.
