It is submitted that the tribe claim of the petitioners are pending consideration with respondent No.2. The learned AGPs accept notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In fact, the petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier. At the eleventh hour the petitioners are moving the Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students and are desirous of taking admission in the professional course. Respondent No.2 shall make endeavour to decide the proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) weeks. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 28.06.2019 and cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

The Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
