Mr. Indrale Patil, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming the benefit of half service rendered on temporary basis. The representation to that effect is given to respondent no.2 (Page No.16). The respondent no.2 be directed to consider and decide the same. 2.

Mr. Kale, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that in case the said representation is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the application/representation filed by the petitioner dated 05.04.2018 (Page No.16) is pending with respondent no.2, then

(2) 1053-wp-6930-2018 respondent no.2 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

In case, the authority decides the representation in favour of the petitioner, then further steps be taken with regard to the same. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
