DATE : 26th June, 2023 ORDER:

1.

In all these petitions, the petitioners have preferred their second appeals before the State Information Commissioner, Aurangabad Division. All of them are pending since a regular State Information Commissioner for Aurangabad Division is in the process of being appointed by the State Government. Though the post is vacant, the

additional charge of the said post has been given to Mr. Samir Sahay, who is acting as In-charge State Information Commissioner. 2.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off on the request of the petitioners that the In-charge State Information Commissioner for Aurangabad Division may be requested to decide their pending appeals.
