Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of transfer, the petitioner has raised objection with the Chief Executive Officer on 24.5.2017, however, same is not considered though the posts are vacant.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the posts are vacant, but the petitioner is transferred on administrative ground.

Be that as it may, when the petitioner has given representation, the respondents are supposed to consider the said representation.

In case, no decision is taken on the representation of the petitioner (page 30), then respondent no.3 shall decide it in accordance with law, within six weeks from today. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
