We have heard Mr. Chavan, learned advocate for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the proposal of the petitioner is already rejected vide communication of the University dated 6th July 2021.

Mr. Chavan, learned advocate submits that the petitioner is not yet intimated about the same. 4.

Be that as it may. As the proposal is already rejected,

WP No.7814/2021 nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 5.

The petitioner may assail the communication in respect of rejection of his proposal as may be permissible in law. All contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
