The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation in the matter is nearly complete and the charge sheet is expected to be filed shortly. He further submits that, without arguing the matter on merits, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court after the filing of the charge sheet.

In view of the above submission, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, as prayed.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
