The petitioners have put forth prayer clause 'C' which reads as under :- C) By issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, the respondent No. 5 - Accounts Offcer, Education Department, Dhule may kindly be directed to consider the petitioners representation dtd. 17-12-2021, in accordance to law as well as in its proper perspective, in view of the norms of 6th & 7th Pay Commission as well as in view of the Rules and Regulations laid-down under the State Government of Maharashtra Notifcation dtd. 22-42009 named as the "Maharashtra Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009" as early as possible and within a stipulated period of time.

We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 5 to consider the pending applications dated 17th December, 2021, fled by the petitioners, by following the due procedure laid down in law and strictly in accordance with the rules/regulations/policies applicable. We expect this exercise to be completed on or before 30th December, 2022.
