Heard learned counsel for parties.

Mr. Wani, learned counsel appearing for applicants strenuously urges to give indulgence and grant extension of time for compliance of order dated 15-04-2016 passed in writ petition, whereunder, he was required to furnish bank guarantee for an amount of Rs.24,25,000/- and for rest of the amount Rs. 24,25,000/- he was to furnish solvent security to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Under aforesaid order, period of eight weeks had already been given to the applicants. Learned counsel for applicants submits that, however, intervening circumstances were such that

CA-8644.16.doc those were beyond applicants' control and in the circumstances, extension of time for compliance of order dated 15-04-2016 has been sought.

Learned counsel Mr. Bhandari, appearing for respondent submits that these appear to be specious pleas, for, save and except making correspondence no further concrete steps appear to have been taken by applicants. He therefore finds it difficult to accede to the request being made by applicants for extension of time and requests for rejection of the same.

Be that as it may. Here, it would be expedient and in the interest of justice to let one more opportunity to the applicants to comply with the order passed by this court referred to herein before.

As such, the period for compliance of order dated 15-04-2016 stands extended for a period of six weeks from today as prayed for in the civil application. It may be noted by the applicants that it would be difficult for this court and it may not grant any further indulgence.
