This petition was heard for some time.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners/original plaintiffs submits that the petitioners desire to protect only that portion of their land, which is legally in their possession as per the 7/12 extract. They desire to file a fresh application before the Trial Court to protect only that land as is appearing in the 7/12 extract. They, therefore, desire to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. If the petitioners prefer a fresh application under Order 39 Rule 1 khs/Sept. 2019/11402

- 2 - and 2 of the CPC, as may be permissible in Law, the Trial Court would consider the same on it's own merits. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion about the contentions of the petitioners.
