1] Civil Application No.7992 of 2024 is filed seeking restoration of the Civil Application Stamp No.2576 of 2019 by condoning delay of 1662 days in filing the present Civil Application. As per the order dated 18.11.2019, the registration of the Civil Application Stamp No.2576 of 2019 has been refused for the reasons that the applicant had not removed office objections. The said Civil Application was filed for the purpose of fixing Writ Petition No.3883 of 2005 for hearing since the said writ petition is pending since long.

7992.24CA 2] List Writ Petition No. 3883 of 2005 for final hearing in the week commencing from 30.09.2024. 3] No further orders are required in the Civil Applications. Both Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
