The writ petition may kindly be allowed and the Respondent Authorities may kindly be directed to complete the land acquisition proceedings as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and directed to pay the land acquisition compensation to the Petitioners in respect of their acquired land as expeditiously as possible."

Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 5, and, upon instructions from respondent nos.2 and 3, makes a statement that the proposal dated 13.8.2024 would be decided within a period of Eight (8) weeks from today. 3.

In view of the said statement, which is accepted as an undertaking, we dispose off the writ petition by directing
