Learned Advocate for the applicants is absent. It appears that after 27.01.2020, there was no attempt on the part of the applicants to get the matter circulated. Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet was filed on 25.01.2021. There is no amendment that has been carried out. As a last chance, even in the absence of learned Advocate for the applicants, we grant leave to the applicants to carry out amendment in view of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni vs. State of Maharashtra and another, [Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.13424 of 2025] decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 03.09.2025. 2.
