This application is filed for restoration of civil revision application as against respondent no. 3. Civil revision application stood dismissed as against respondent no. 3 as, steps were not taken to serve respondent no. 3. Present application is filed by stating that the fresh address of respondent no. 3 is now available and same is furnished in the cause title of the civil application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the application is condoned. The order dated 17th March, 2021 is set aside. Civil revision application is restored against respondent no. 3.

The applicant is granted leave to amend the cause title of the civil revision application for adding / correcting address of respondent no. 3. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks.

After amendment is carried out, office is directed to issue notice to the respondent no. 3 on the correct address, returnable four weeks thereafter.

In addition to court notice, the applicants are permitted to serve respondent no. 3 by private notice and file service affidavit before the next date.
