This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand only) deposited by the respondent in Criminal Revision Application No. 25 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel Mr. Rajput for the applicants and learned counsel Mr. Shelke for the respondent.

Vide order dated 01.02.2022 in Criminal Application No. 256 of 2022, this Court directed the respondent to pay the amount of arrears and to deposit Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred only) per month each

The record shows that till date the respondent has deposited Rs. 75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand only). The applicants being the wife and child are entitled to receive the said amount. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(I) The application stands allowed.

(II) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand only) deposited in this Court.
