The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime no.96 of 2016 registered at Washi Police Station, Tq. Washi, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable under section 306, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the same set of facts, the learned Magistrate has released the other accused persons on bail, in view of provisions of section 167(2) of the

2 Cri. Appln. 3055-2016 Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant herein was arrested on 21/5/2016 in the crime in question. 4.

It is claimed that on 25/4/2016, the applicant alongwith other accused persons assaulted the complainant with fists and kicks. In my opinion, the further detention of the applicant will hardly be of any assistance to the prosecution when the other accused are already released on default bail. The applicant is aged about 61 years. Hence, the following order:- 5.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime no.96 of 2016 registered with Washi Police Station, Tq. Washi, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable under section 306, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
