This is an application for restoration of Second Appeal (St.) No.16845 of 2021, the registration of which was rejected by the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 23rd March 2022, as the applicant failed to remove office objections in spite of giving an opportunity. 2.

There is delay of 73 days in filing present application. The reasons disclosed in para nos.2 to 5 of present application for condonation of delay and restoration are sufficient enough.

Learned counsel for applicants undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks.

In view of this, application stands allowed as per prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
