1) The application is filed for fixing early date of Criminal Writ Petition No.193/2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners has objection for keeping the matter of early hearing. There is stay granted to the proceeding of

2 Cr Application 3243/2015 criminal case by this Court. This Court has gone through the copies of plaints of two suits and the copy of the complaint. Apparently, the property mentioned in the private complaint in respect of which there is allegation of trespass is a different property and so the matter needs to be disposed of as early as possible.

2) Criminal Writ Petition No.193 of 2014 is made to stand over to 28th July 2015 for final hearing. The other writ petition, Criminal Writ Petition No.194 is also to be fixed on the same date for final hearing. The application stands disposed of.
