The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application under Section 41-D of the B.P.T. Act filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent no.2 since year 2009. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

The petitioner may make an application before respondent no.2 for deciding the application

(2) 916-919 filed by him under Section 41-D of the B.P.T. Act expeditiously.

The Joint Charity Commissioner shall consider the application filed by the petitioner for deciding the proceeding expeditiously and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 5.

The respondent no.2 shall consider the matter which is pending since the year 2009 and shall take effective steps as per law.

6.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
