By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the proceedings from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Beed to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai. 2.

It is not maintainable as the transfer is sought from one place to another of the same judicial district. The District Judge will have the jurisdiction.
