This application is filed for condonation of delay of 209 days in preferring the Second Appeal against the judgment passed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 1 of 2017 dated 11th August, 2021. The claims that the applicant is illiterate and tribal lady and along with her husband, she approached to the Advocate in last week of June, 2022. 3.

None appears for the respondent in spite of service of notice. It indicates that they are not inclined to oppose the application. The reasons mentioned in the application for delay are satisfactory. No 1/2

malafides can be attributed to the applicant for not preferring the application in time.

Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Second Appeal be registered.
