24.11.2018 P.C. :- The learned A.G.P. on instructions submitted before us that the order of this Court dated 21.02.2018 is complied with. Perusal of the order dated 21.02.2018 show that the respondent nos.3 and 4 were directed to reconsider the proposal of petitioner nos.2 to 5 for approval to their posts within stipulated period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 2.

The Additional Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Aurangabad by an order dated 20.11.2018, by assigning the reasons in the order granted approval to two petitioners namely Vijay Karbhari Ghuge and Dipak Namdev Chavan, whereas, rejected the proposal in respect of other petitioners namely Roshan Rathod and Anita Uttamrao Rathod. The learned

( 2 ) 942 cp 422.18 A.G.P. submitted that though there is delay in decision, the respondent tenders uconditional apology for the delay caused in decision. The apology extended by the respondent is accepted.

With these observations and as the order of this Court is complied with the contempt petition is disposed of.
