Mr. Dagadkhair, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the civil suit is pending with the civil Court since nine years. The same is not yet decided.

The order adding the petitioner as a party to the suit is passed in April - 2019.

No doubt, there are directions to decide the old matters expeditiously. The matter is more than five years old. Naturally, the learned Judge shall endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, considering that it is more than five years old suit.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
