Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would restrict his prayer to the extent that respondent shall consider the representations filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - J).

Mr. Bondar, learned counsel appears for the respondent and submits that if the said representations are pending, the authority will take decision upon it on its own merits.

In the light of that, the respondent shall if the representations of the petitioner (Exhibit - J) are pending with him shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months.
