Notice for Respondent No.2, the Accountant General, Audit-2, Nagpur, is yet to be served. It is a formal party. 2.

The petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses "C" and "D" as under:

- 2 - C) The respondent no. 4 may kindly be directed to forward the pension proposal of the petitioner to respondent no.2.

D) The respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to sanction the pension proposal of the petitioner and further release all the retirement benefts of the petitioner and start his pension from the date of his retirement i.e. from 30/06/2015.

3, The learned AGP submits that an affdavit-in-reply dated 17th January, 2022, has been fled by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nanded Region, Nanded. It is stated in paragraph no.6 as under:

I say and submit that considering the Government Resolution dated 29.10.2021 the offce of the deponent has forwarded the pension proposal of the petitioner vide letter 5954/29.12.2021 for sanction towards the Respondent no.2 i.e. Accountant General, Nagpur. The copy of the letter dated 29.11.2021 is annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit R-2.

The learned AGP further points out the communication dated 29th December, 2021, issued by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nanded Region, Nanded, addressed to Respondent No.2 vide which, the proposal of the petitioner has been forwarded. 5.

In view of the above, the petition stands worked out and the same is, therefore, disposed off.

We expect Respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders in the light of the proposal forwarded by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nanded Region, Nanded, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th June, 2022.
